• 504 and ADA issues - We are experts in identifying and pursing civil rights claims in the educational context. Issues of discrimination, retaliation, and bullying can all take place at school. When families are faced with these types of acts it is imperative they seek good representation. We work hard to make sure that these types of civil rights violations are addressed appropriately.
• Regional Center Law - The Lanterman Act is unique to California. It is important for children who are dually served by a Regional Center and a school district that families seek constancy in services across all providers. We work hard to help achieve that outcome.
• Early Start - Many law firms spend little time addressing Early Start cases. However, we feel Early Start services are a critical part of a child's development. We can help a family seek out an appropriate IFSP with measurable goals and outcomes that are developed to meet the unique needs of the child.
